Punish people who abuse the report system also
Theres plenty of people who report others for no reason just hoping to get their accounts restricted and get an erection off the "A player has been punished screen"
Punish these people.

The problem with that is there is almost no convincing way to identify whether they're abusing it or not. Sure, it can be obvious the reported victim has done nothing wrong or related to the reported category, but as long as those reporting players claim " I have reasons to justify my report but I'm not obliged to explain it to someone who can't even tell something so obvious" stance then how are you going to prove that they're abusing it?
The most authority can do in that situation is take no action toward the victim since victim has done nothing wrong, but it's difficult to punish the reporting side if they truly believe their reports are justified and it's the authority that's corrupted.
They do punish people who abuse the report function lol.
