So the only thing I did wrong was say "fuck" and "retard" amirite? Or is it that I am actually in the wrong for neglecting a lost lane as a jungler, then he goes AFK because of it?? Why do I not get to be upset about someone flaming/blaming me then going AFK?? As Shaco jungle, you kind of can't just camp a 0/3 lane and hope to turn it around at 15 minutes, you kind of just can't. I was helping other lanes and taking enemy jungle, you know, like I'm supposed to do in that situation. Is it the excessive use of fuck?? Do I not get to be upset about a very toxic afk in ranked?? Is it because I said fuck you to Zed for getting away with a kill?? How many people do you chat restrict for a simple "fuck you" after one death? I must say, I've seen people say way worse shit, especially the Garen in game....

Anytime you see me say "Shut the fuck up" it was right after being flamed by a teammate, so I don't actually start shit. My team does.

To be honest, I'm 100% on OP's side here. The shit is extremely common when you're a jungler. I couldn't count the amount of times I ignored feeding shits in favor of ganking winning lanes only to have that feeder become a troll that takes my camps and/or just straight up afk. This is incredibly frustrating to deal with, multiple games in a row and I completely understand why OP exploded the way he did. I rarely support this kind of behavior but in this case, I totally understand. I really wish that Garen got punished instead of you. You're a sensible jungler knowing not to gank a feeder and he is just a feeding shit. I'd rather have you on my team than him. Feeding trash like him are the ones that should be banned, not the people he frustrates with his noobness.

......Legit, I glanced over this at first and imagined "well, I've definitely seen logs, this one will probably have the negativity spread out over it so I can space out some of the choice words", but.

...For real, after the debatable negativity towards Zed, you just went all-fucking out on a vitriolic rage shpiel.

There is a hell of a lot of irony in here (specifically the blame game), and frankly, this is a case of you needing to practice what you preach.

I was hoping there'd be even one instance where you simply said "shut up", but this will have to suffice.

Rather than going on a 24/7 flame-fest, you yourself have the option to not say anything. But, instead, you decided to go against a fair few of the rules and spend the game spewing insults, vitriol, blame, wayward aggression, and hate speech. Frankly, if this only resulted in a chat restriction, I'm gonna be a bit appalled, because the use of "retard" alone should merit a 14-day suspension, and that's ignoring the wall of hypercombustion that makes the sun envious.

You're allowed to be upset. You're not allowed to throw a Magnitude-7 shitfit in chat because of being upset.

It doesn't matter who starts it, if you're flaming, you're flaming. It's against the rules, doesn't matter who starts it - only matters who participates.

Why you got punished:

  1. You excessively flamed your teammates. At this point you dont even have to be using foul languages, you constantly harassed them and that is a punishable behaviour.
  2. ... and you did spam foul language.
  3. Like others have said, "retarded" is a word pertaining to a mental disability and youre using it as a derogatory word so it is insensitive and ableist.
  4. You (negatively) stereotyped people of a certain gender and age group (teenage girls and crying)

Mentality that you should be more mindful and change:

  1. "They started it first so its ok for me to start sh*t back" ----- No. Just because others are flaming / trolling does not mean that you should be doing the same, you dont fight fire with fire. Theres a baseline for behaviour and you just shouldnt cross that no matter what circumstances.
  2. Report begging. Riot stated that report begging is a punishable behaviour. If you find someone's behavior punishable, just report him yourself, others can have their own judgement without your demagoguery. One report and multiple reports can all lead to punishments. (hmm maybe I shouldve put this into the first list instead, anyway)
  3. Confusing the line between being upset and being toxic. You said that "Why do I not get to be upset about ...", and yes, you are allowed to be upset, however, youre not allowed to be excessively negative and toxic towards your teammates. Theres a fine line between having emotions and unleashing the emotions towards others uninhibitedly in a negative way. This is how we are civilized people instead of infants who throw tantrums whenever stimulated, we do not just lash out on others (physically or emotionally) whenever we feel upset, we find appropriate places and appropriate people to talk to and relieve.
