So who should i report here?

A Draven who probably was supposed to be jg take cleanse and ghost and then go 1/14, or his teammates that were asking to report him. Serious question. I dont know. They were probably only flaming him because he was obviously inting. And according to his teammates the only thing he said in game chat was he knew he was taking cleanse ghost.
