This especially for ranked, otherwise these trolls will keep doing it, and if i can be banned for saying someone sucks, they should be banned for wasting 40 minutes of someones life, time which you can't get back. I don't care about your computer or internet issues.
This post will be ignored by everyone but those who agree with you. I agree with you but RIOT don't because as big of a problem this is RIOT shows their greed by not banning AFK's. Too many stupid people play on sub-optimal systems but still fork over the green stuff. We have to suffer, get frustrated and ultimately punished because RIOT won't fix the cause effectively.

Ya if it's a ranked game that'd be fine, imo. Otherwise, you gotta give a LITTLE wiggle room. Unexpected shit happens sometimes and I'd be pissed if my Internet randomly decided to go out one time and I get banned for 2 weeks... that'd be some bullshit. If it was in ranked I guess I'd just bite the bullet and I'd be okay with it.
