Why is PBE so toxic

I've joined PBE recently and it's awesome and all but I just noticed an alarming amount of toxicity which is very confusing considering the fact you need honor 3 in PBE. I'm meeting at least 1 toxic player every single damn game.

This also begs the question, if I get banned on PBE, will I also be banned on my regular account? And the other way too?

Yeah there's an overwhelming amount of toxicity when I was playing around with ARURF Snow Battle on PBE

don't use the same ign between both PBE and original

It's the new players. You can have a PBE account at an early level. (My Smurfs level 19 and it was eligible for a PBE account).
