lag all game, ping my ms to let people know im seriously lagging, and ask for a ff at 20 minutes because its a 4v5 stompfest for the enemy team since im at steady 300 ping

You can check your ping before you go into game, I do it almost every time, especially when I think my internet is being fishy. Is it your fault? No. But you could have taken a step that would have prevented that.
