Nope, nobody says you should be permabanned, but you still need to work on your behavior.
You're obviously still being validly reported, but you're not toxic enough to get a punishment so that impact/stop your honor progress, up to virtually no progress being made, if you don't change your behavior you'll never get any free keys.
There isn't any magical way you'll get keys, just be sportsmanlike and work on your behavior, or use your credit card and buy some keys, but don't cry about not getting keys when obviously you know you're not doing what you need to do to get some...
I would give you 16 keys because I would still have 24 left idk wtf to do with.

After losing 1 honor level for stupid crap when I already own all the champs and skins I want.... i'd rather be a jerk and stick up for myself than try to kiss ass for something as pointless as honor ranks. Then again they're revamping them and the season resets in a few days so who knows.
