30+ minutes dinamic q

I am not sure what is going on and y the q is so long. There is no warning anywhere about me being on low priority q. How can I be certain that I am not in low priority q?

Your problem is that you're level 10. Most level 10 players lack the champion pool to do draft. Go play Blind Pick for a while.

If you were in low priority queue there would be a popular with the timer blocking you from doing anything else in the client.

If you were in low priority que, you wouldn't be able to hit the play button. If this is the account that you are playing on, it's because you're only level 10. In lower levels try doing blind pick, those ques are usually a lot shorter. If this is a smurf, exit out of the que and start it up again.
