Ranked Suspension

I recently played a ranked game with two horrible players, one of which intentionally fed and trolled, the other was either intentionally feeding or had a horrible ping. I reported them, but I realized something, these people will either get a warning or a suspension, I think the punishment for intentional feeding should be a temporary ban from RANKED, if this behavior continues it should be a temporary ban from League itself, and eventually a permaban.
