Is it possible to get an audit of your account by Riot?

I'm curious just how close I've come to getting a penalty some times. I know for a fact I'm constantly reported because of the champions I main. It's basically, I'm reported every game I don't win, pretty much.

Thresh Lulu Sona in damage roles, to summarize frankly.

Do they ever do this for people, show them the status of their account? I feel like it would help those who are maybe on the edge like me make adjustements to make sure they never actually cross the line. Some kind of metric you'd be able to submit a ticket for.

As long as youre playing to win, those reports dont count for jack squat anyway. Besides, thresh and lulu top is a thing, and so is sona mid.

But not that i know of, all you can assume is by the current punishment youre on. You sound like you never have been punished, so its safe to assume youre on a clean slate.

I think I remember them performing that service for a charge of around $10, but I can't find anything (in the minutes I searched) that support my memory.

The only thing you can get punished for is actually being toxic, harassing players, flaming, and intentionally ruining players game by intentionally feeding. Other than that, you cannot be punished. No matter how many times you've been reported. You cannot be punished by the champions you play. So unless you actually did something in these games with the evidence stacked against you, you have nothing to worry about.

You are responsible for your own action and always know words do have consequences. Use them wisely.
