Why So Many Trolls?

I was playing ranked like 4 days ago and got out of Bronze 1 into Silver 4. Ever since after that day I have had an Inter or a troll pick in each and every day with none of them banned (of course). I lost a total of 2 ranks because of this and they arent being punished. How am i supposed to have fun when they just are being childish and when I say to play safe they just start inting because they dont want me telling them what to do when they are losing lane. Is this happening to anyone else right now? I see a lot of people moving to Flex now because of this happening.

Because Rito keeps banning people who don't/can't control their tempers and "take the high road" with trolls. Or maybe they just aren't used to HAVING to do that, bc I literally can't think of ANY other games that are even CLOSE to being as strict on what's said in comms...especially when you have a mute button...so talking shit back to trolls is just sort of 'engrained' in them.

As a result, they get very upset/angry and [d]evolve in to full-fledged trolls, instead of being douches that you can just [ironically] mute.

Just my personal opinion/theory on the subject...but I don't have a PhD in psychology
