Sueing players for LP and IP

So what if in ranked someone is found to be trolling, or afk the team can sue them for the lost LP?

Same concept for norms but with LP.

To sue someone is a legal term, since you don't actually own anything you didn't lose anything. So no, one cant, because they lack standing.

This seems highly abusable. Not only does it potentially encourage toxicity to make players AFK from losing game so you can then sue them, but it also opens up using throwaway accounts in duo queue, where the throwaway account AFKs if the game looks like it will be lost so the primary account wouldn't lose LP.

Going AFK is never going to be okay, nor will be trollish behavior.

Look, if a player cannot commit to a single game of LoL perhaps that player should consider a different genre of game.

I always report AFKs regardless of the circumstance and expect the same if I AFK.

Horrible Idea. Riot would have to define terms and then divert resources to moderate. We already have a system in place for both.
