This type of behavior** SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED IN ANYWAY!** Not everyone is trying to climb to challenger or be a LCS pro. Some of us have jobs and other goals and just play to have fun with what little extra time we have. The few games we get to play should not be ruined just because some spoiled kid doesn't give a crap and understand that not everyone has time to waste. This behavior is unacceptable.

So what should be done that isnt already implemented? With that said how do you catch someone who is doing this intentionally, but doesnt actually look like it. I mean you never really know someones true intentions unless they state it the obvious (which usually means there is chatlogs that can show it) Now once people realize this is what gets them punished how do you combat people who evolve and become creative? Like if they dont say anything, how can you come up with the conclusion that they are purposely losing that isnt obvious? What about people who are having a bad game, should they get punished?

Unfortunately, they are more focused on someone calling someone else a poophead over people throwing games and ruining things for everyone else.
