Can I get banned for this?

So we were winning a group fight in the enemy jungle.... dies first then overall there wasnt much I could do to help in the group fight as a so I just tongue lash to slow the enemy who was running into river so my could finish him off with a few more auto attacks...I then start infernal drag while our and ..both low hp...try to push mid....they didnt get very far...none of our towers were in danger?

Meanwhile I had enemy wards cleared from drag and warded it in a few places myself.. I ended up getting it to nearly half hp....while i constantly ping for both my inactive teammates who are trying to push mid with low hp while enemy respawn timers are ticking....

In the end the enemy and respawn and run all the way to drag to take it before both and came.....

And it really was a long duration as does not do much dmg to drag yet it was getting pretty low from me just licking it...

So I made the assumption that the game is bugged and that my wards and champion only give vision to the enemy team and that only the enemy team can see my pings...

Now my team wants to report me for harassment and verbal abuse when I never called any names...I never pinged anyone specifically , no question marks just tahm targets infernal drake , tahm targets infernal drake, tahm targets infernal drake

How is making the obvious assumption that the vision and pings I am supposed to be giving to teammates is bugged lol... its not like we could have done anything by pushing mid... both ori and singed were low hp and the enemy team would respawn with their speed buffs and catch us...
