What is with this surge in enemy team bm?

Like all a sudden these past few weeks almost every game there's some stupid kid on the other team who says some dumb shit every time he gets a kill or if he is doing good or if they kill you they put a stupid ?. I feel like recently it just has been happening all the time. What is there some newly popular streamer that just does this all the time and stupid kids are copying them?
