You can, you have to pay though, privacy.riotgames.com enables you too. You can see how much you have spent and statistics for free but you can pay 5$ and see this

Actually it used to give a warning like:

you playing this way seems to be going against the summoners code etc.

It was frustrating to receive as toxic people just used it on everybody.

There is no reason to know when people report you as that leads to the possibility of you reporting people in retaliation and/or harassing them about it after the game. If your behavior was bad, the onus is on you to recognize that, not on Riot to babysit you.

Honors don't mean anything better/worse happens to your account.

Reports can be false, they can be wrong, they can be true. There's no reason to tell people when they're being reported, because they'll know that they need to tone it down just enough to avoid reports.

Well if they've toned it down enough to not get reported isn't that a good thing? Wouldn't you rather the system give you more progressive feedback instead of having it all build up into one punishment? It's clearly not working right now.

No, because harder to detect toxicity is still toxicity.

It's the same with the suggestion Riot block hate speech messages from ever being sent. It's much easier to ban people who won't reform on their own than to try and find them after they've done just enough to slip under the radar of what's "bad enough to be reported by multiple people over multiple games".

Dude if nobody is reporting you it means you're not bothering anyone. I don't see how it's an issue letting people know what is acceptable behaviour in a video game. Cause if you ask me, when I first came to this game I thought shit talking the way we used to do on xbox live was acceptable but clearly everyone on this game has a giant stick up their ass, so I just don't talk. This is because I know people will report me over the smallest tint of "flame"

That is very untrue. While the community makes the standards for behavior, it doesn't mean that someone not getting reported means their behavior is generally considered acceptable.
