Please Review my Case #23334629. I did not use Scripts / 3rd Party Programs.

I have recently been sent an email from Riot games stating that I have used malicious software and my account has been banned. I have not used any exploits / macro's / scripts or unauthorized third party programs in League of Legends or any other software to provide a competitive advantage. I have had this account since Beta and it was moved to the OCE servers from NA. During this 5 year period I have never once been accused of using hacks / scripts etc.

In addition to this I have never loaned my account to anyone for "boosting" or otherwise so the option of someone else using scripting on my account isn't an option either. This can be easily verified by the log of the IP addresses you would keep for when people are connecting to your servers.

The only things I have done recently ( 2 ~ 3 weeks ) is migrate my OS to a SSD and because of that I had to move the install directory of LOL to a different drive which meant I cleaned up the install and deleted log files from 5 years ago. As I am not sure what "Triggered" the ban, this is one of a few options that I could think of that may have cause the false identification of my account for a ban. In addition to this I have heard a number of unsubstantiated reports that Discord's overlay feature maybe triggering false reports of hooking into the program.

Now I have tried to address this via the Ticket system that riot has but only gotten a scripted cut and paste response and it is obvious no one has even cast an eye over my issue.

I am more than happy to supply screen shots of background processes / applications etc to prove that I did not and have not used hacks. In addition to this can also provide details of other players who have had similar length of play as I have and have never been accused of scripting etc that I do not hack / script.

Now I am asking someone from Riot who is willing to have an open mind and not immediately assume my guilt look at my situation.

For starters you can't even Spell my Nickname right when it is in front of you. Secondly it doesn't matter if it is 99.99999999% accurate they have incorrectly banned my account. I have not broken any of the T&C I have agreed with to play LOL.

Might as well add this on at the end. It is very easy to be 99% accurate when you don't allow the accused party to prove that they are innocent. Which is what riot is doing.

3rd party bans are 99.9% accurate.

Try asking if they got the name right by making sure tinglegs is spelt with a lower case "L" instead of a capital "i"

looks almost exactly like what I am experiencing. Kinda brings some doubt to the 99.9% accurate claim

You aren't being accused. If you are being accused of doing something, you would not get banned for it. They have found you guilty and you were banned for it. You might be feeling frustrated and upset at this but I have no doubt doubt in my mind that you got banned because you desired it. Going back all the way to the tribunal, I've seen and read hundred of post from being saying they aren't guilty, or some other petty excuse that make it sound like you are the victim; believe me, I've read it all. All those excuse and then riot would post a chat log of various games them being complete ***holes.

In your case, i'm sure you are asking for proof. I can tell you, riot wont give it to you. They will tell you their system caught you use a 3rd party software or whatever. They wont tell you how, because in many way it compromises how they catch people. Riot has said lately that they will start being more aggressive towards people who use 3rd party software/programs and I guess you are one of them. Oh! and if you think Riot cares that you will end up deleting LoL, they don't care. You have given them enough money and you also cause more damage to them. You use of 3rd part programs make other quit.

That's just me!

Like people stated the only time these scripting bans are wrong is when they spell the account name wrong.

You already admitted to third party programs stop installing them. You don't need these programs to gain elo.

I believed I was perma gold V this season and after this latest ban wave I'm climbing again, no sympathy.

Take a look at this guy's Lolking and op.gg profiles.

Season 3 = bronze Season 4 = bronze Season 5 = bronze Season 6 = bronze - dropping down to bronze 5, before shooting up to bronze 1 in the span of about a month.

Very high winrates with a couple of recently played with summoners as well.

Something was going on with the account. You don't go from b5 mechanics to shoot up to b1 while significantly out-damaging the other team as an ADC - not when you are a career Bronzie. You don't just suddenly find your groove and become this amazing ADC machine in 30 days.

Also, if you play with Lolking's champ stats section, you'll notice that he's running at about Diamond ADC stats for the past month. Unfortunately, I can't get the op.gg replays to work on my computer or I'd have checked out the lone replay available.

Not gonna lie im in the middle since i cant watch of game of yours since you are banned, but it seems that you are a one trick mf on op.gg. This is a champ very easy to script on as i believe that you can move side to side simply cause of your w, and lets not forget about the rights of having perfect ults in the middle of a fight, but there could be a fact that you were being harassed. Im mostly leaning to the side though since 3rd party bans are very accurate and name spelling doesnt matter names arent case sensitve. Theres also the fact that youre bronze 1 and you wouldnt be banned for scripts by simply dodging one spell

I mean, somebody once got perma'd for hitting stop repeatedly on Sion during ult, because apparently they couldn't tell the difference between glitches and scripts...

My boyfriend was banned and he has never hacked. I spent over 400 on the account and when i contacted riot they did nothing to help. Also, it was during a massive ban wave and they even said some people had accidentally been banned. Yet, did nothing to help the ones who were false banned.

I report all scripting you can tell when they are being used. It's not hard to see someone's game mechanics being out of character when they are being used. Maybe you shouldn't cheat, it's that simple.
