I have recently been sent an email from Riot games stating that I have used malicious software and my account has been banned. I have not used any exploits / macro's / scripts or unauthorized third party programs in League of Legends or any other software to provide a competitive advantage. I have had this account since Beta and it was moved to the OCE servers from NA. During this 7 year period I have never once been accused of using hacks / scripts etc.
In addition to this I have never loaned my account to anyone for "boosting" or otherwise so the option of someone else using scripting on my account isn't an option either. This can be easily verified by the log of the IP addresses you would keep for when people are connecting to your servers.
Now I have tried to address this via the Ticket system that riot has but only gotten a scripted cut and paste response and it is obvious no one has even cast an eye over my issue. All they will say is our system detected you so therefore you cheated. You only have to look at anti virus programs and how they falsely identify files as having virus's to realise that no system is perfect in detection. I have no doubt that they have a reason for banning me, however that reason is not cause I cheated.
I am more than happy to supply screen shots of background processes / applications etc to prove that I did not and have not used hacks and I am more than willing to allow remote access to my system to prove my innocence. In addition to this can also provide details of other players who have had similar length of play as I have and have never been accused of scripting etc that I do not hack / script.
Now I am asking someone from Riot who is willing to have an open mind and not immediately assume my guilt look at my situation. I have already tried to raise tickets and when the first person would not do their job and properly investigate the issue they made sure that any further tickets I raised were also closed so no one else would look at the issue.
