i just had a guy, threaten to int feed (have screenshot) if he didnt get top, then he picked cleanse tp soraka went top fed 2 kills and then afkd, before that he claimed he bought his account from "unrankedsmurfs.com" and doesnt care if he get banned. can confirm at most 8 players reported him for this and me and another player have sent the screenshot to riot games support....

not banned :) improve your god damn system rito you get banned for calling intent feeders out but they dont get banned for trolling

Riot doesn't care about if people buy or sell accounts. I literally had physical proof that someone was selling their account to me and Riot didn't do anything about it. As in I had the account username and password, the skype conversation about selling the account, yet Riot still doesn't do anything.

they ban purchased accounts through waves.

so you'll never see a notification in that regards that he was punished.

also FYI, the more number of reports in a game doesn't mean the person will get instabanned. all reports do is the flag the system and check for toxicity , and if none, they system will throw that report out.

The instant feedback system is a total different system that catches the 3rd party users / botters. / purchased accounts.

in your specific case, the reports will flag the Rioters to make sure to check if that account is specifically included in the ban wave.
