Well I was a toxic piece of trash this season with 3 10 game chat restrictions this year. I have actually reformed a bit. I've been at checkpoint 3 for a week and a half I think. Just wondering is it still plausible to get back to level 2 before the end of the season next week?

Personally, I would send a ticket asking them to bump you up on like Nov. 10th if it doesn't happen, just because you're so close. I don't think they'd actually do anything, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Very possible. I'd recommend the following;
Stay positive in your games and away from minor infractions (such as asking / threatening for reports, having a defeatist attitude, and sarcasm).
Make sure you honor and encourage people to honor others so you get the team honor bonus.
Play at least 25 games. Preferably 50 games.
If you can do all that, you should be able to get to the next checkpoint.

10 - 15 games a day should do it
maybe spam some bot matches and play something like trynda, go bot lane get fed as hell easy and end youll usually get 3-4 honors from it, not sure if honors from bots arent as much but i found it a decent way to grind honor
