So according to Riot you have the right to feed and troll and they would not ban you (Proof inside)

So i send a replay of one of my game as support ticket cause I KNOW that riot dosent even care if someone trolls and feed in game (And no i am not talking about the 2/11 player who have a bad game) i talk about the guy who literally walk inside 5 enemies dies and press XD in chat

And because i know that riot does nothing about those type of players i send a replay so I CAN SHOW THEM what this guy was doing it

And guess what responde i took

"We dont have enough data to punish a player but dont forget our system is not good yet"

I literally send the a VIDEO that show him that he walk inside 5 enemies die and does that for 14 times in the ROW and they say that

So i guess guys you are all free to go and destroy games but dont you dare to say a bad thing in chat that where riot draws the line

you can ruin the game for 9 people again and again but if you say one "Fuck you" in chat YOU ARE DONE BOI WE ARE COMMING FOR YOU!!

I dont know what to say any more..i wasent never actually bothering with tickets to report a player but in this case i wanted to see what would happen cause it was an OBVIOUS one...and jesus christ...

I dont know if i got a BOT responde and it was just a spam but even if that the case thats how you that riot actually dosent even LOOK at the tickets...unless ofc its about RP then god damn they send their best!!

Here is the procedure with support tickets:

  1. Receive ticket
  2. 4-48 hrs later (depending on ticket volume), respond to ticket. Forward over to NA behavioral team
  3. 14 days later (due to back log), receive the ticket, and file ticket into the proper review pile
  4. a week later (due to more back log), review the case along with any other information that was already in the system.

Alot of the backlog comes from people reporting people for trolling / inting when it was just a bad game.

Keep in mind that there are millions of reports made every day, so take it easy on the "I need everything instantaneously solved NOW" mindset.

BTW, 1st tier Riot support does use a pre-written responses, they do that save save time so they don't have to write the same response over and over again.

No. I've seen cases in PB where inters were punished. And no. A single "fuck you" isn't grounds for punishment. SeverityXConsistency is what gets you punished.
