Hey Riot. How would you feel if I banned you?

Did you ever think of that?

`

My first post was deleted by Riot. They said it was the wrong subsection.

> This board is all about fostering a healthy community** in which discussions can revolve around player behavior systems, in-game suspensions,** or boards moderation.

My post is about the bolded subjects.

Now I am questioning your board moderation. That will give my post a third relevant subject.

Is board moderation really a needed job? Is the world going to end because someone posted in the wrong subsection? If it matters to you so much, how about you move the threads to the correct subsection? So that we don't have to type it out again.

  1. There is no functionality to move discussions or we'd do that instead since it's easier.
  2. You don't have to type out your post again. We give you a link to it so you can just copy/paste it.
  3. If you hadn't added the last paragraph, we'd have removed it again as your title/first sentence don't have any real context in regards to behavior systems or bans. It's just you making a random post about banning Riot which isn't a thing. It would belong in Miscellaneous.

One thread in the wrong place, not a problem. But if moderators let threads be created in wrong locations, it becomes an issue as posters don't bother to check if the topic is relevant to the section and place them wherever.

Then instead of 12 different subsections for different types of topics, we have 12 sections of mildly different flavors of "whatever".

moderators actually don't have a move function

Take the punishment, because you deserve every single day of it.

This post is no less pointless than the last time you posted it. Your feelings on your ban are actually irrelevant: what matters was your behavior. Similarly, how Rioter X would feel about a ban is also irrelevant.

"I did something wrong? How about u finally correct it for me instead of telling me to do it again correctly?" ... bad attitude ...

I'm not sure what you're more upset about because your post isn't completely clear because you state that your topic was about the subjects in bold but you offer no proof and then you also state that it was deleted so I'm not sure which you're referring to in this angry post.

However, regarding removing posts from boards that are meant for specific boards:

It is actually good housekeeping and a great help to players not only find topics that they want to or need to discuss, but to also reduce search times on topics for Riot's servers. It's faster for someone to do a search on a subtopic rather than search the whole forum for a topic. It's like trying to search the Riot forums for a good Warwick strategies or something on the board. Why would I want a thread about someone complaining that a warwick in their game was being a racist in my search results?

If your gripe is about whether you agree with the moderator stating your thread was on topic or off topic, that's something we can't discuss because we don't know anything about it.

I'd want to know why and if it was with just cause, then I would accept it because I'm an adult and I understand that my actions have consequences. Would I be upset, yes, but if deep down inside I know I deserved it, I would get over it.

However, if I were young and didn't realize my actions had consequences, then it would be a rude awakening and I would truly understand that my actions have consequences.

If I were immature AND self centered regardless of my age and also believed I should be able to do what I want on someone else's servers regarding their intellectual property and should face no consequences for anything, I would create threads on the forums to try and get the community to vilify Riot and attempt to get my way through community pressure to see if enough people agreed with me to get Riot to let me do what I wanted, when I wanted to do it, and how I wanted to do it.
