Possible new report system

I'm sure all of you would like to push that flamer, or toxic player that caused you trouble off a cliff. Believe me I have had my share of toxic players. And then there is that time of game where you say "reported" yet it still doesn't change a thing in how the player behaves. So I created a way that whenever the time comes to say "reported" people will actually fear it and straighten up their act.

How to report after game - Pretty much the same but the person who does the reporting has to give a description.

In game report system - so just press Esc and select report a player. In this case, the toxic player is guilty until proven innocent, and is temporarily banned or placed in low priority queue. In the after the game screen, the "witnesses" (the other players on your team) will have to select guilty or innocent before leaving to the lobby OR x-ing out of the client. If the majority is guilty... then the player is guilty. If he his innocent however, his temporary blocked account or low priority queue will be disabled.

Permanent bans - If that toxic player has been too consistent in his bad behavior, then they will receive a message telling them that the next time they get officially reported (receives the punishment) their account will be permanently banned.

Just another way I thought I could increase good sportsmanship!
