I love when they post how they were wrongfully banned then RIOT comes in and sets everyone straight. Those are my favorite threads.
If you voice your opinion in league you get banned. They do not support free speach

ooh, the Lawyer threat. I always laugh when I see that one. Especially if the guy posts an absolutely foul chat log somewhere in the thread.

Problem is they really support not caring about how you're treated as an individual as well, they don't care about how much you've been harassed or how heated you get and in turn AFK or don't assist your team from that point forward, they also support being weak and spineless in terms of just hearing something that is harsh.
Riot is kind of weak when it comes to the whole flame-game, they baby way too hard.
Literally, I had a friend who was banned because he said "lata" to the enemy team when he escaped or killed them. Pretty much, if you're being annoying in any type of way and it offends someone, you should stop before you lose your account.
just FYI, I'm sure my friend did more to deserve his ban, but the "lata" incident is what Riot chose to use as justification.

I have encountered my fair share or smack talk and I've talk a bit of smack myself in 4 plus years I've played, I don't think anyone should be getting banned for trash talking maybe permanently loosing chat capabilities or something but to be banned for talking smack in a video game is just silly, people have been doing that for ages and I'm pretty sure league is the first time I've seen people losing their accounts for calling someone trash, the only time someone should lose their account is for using 3rd party resources to to gain an advantage or worsten other players experences, but that's just my 2cents.
Guess this means better nerf irelia.

Yeah I thought this too until my roomate got banned for elo boosting by duoing with me, a fucking silver. Basically 9/10 people banned for elo boosting are either smurfing or just learning and getting good naturally. Riots an asshole. No need for you to support them. Change this to every person banned for verbal abuse instead of every banned person ever and you can be a decent person, until then you are incorrect and judgmental.
So far I've seen exactly one of those threads confirmed to be a mis-ban.

Never have been banned, but I've been chat restricted. People are very passive aggressive in this game or make up the most infuriating excuses.
"I died cause of lag again." me - "If you have lag why are you tower diving?"

I'm not a great player....but I try to at least not make horrible logical errors. Yes this gets me mad.

I would upvote if you can link at least 10 different "Why was I banned threads." I've rarely seen threads like these, in fact I've seen more threads complaining about those threads.
Of course, the trolls and premades always have all the power !!
