Don't write anything offensive in the chat at all and dont respond to any toxic things and try to win, but when the game is over, just say all the worst to the guy u wanted to flame. Its unlikely ull get punished for it, and it doesnt reduce ur chance to win the game, all while u get to flame the idiot. isnt that amazing

Yeah no, pre and post game chat while not shown in the Reform Cards are still reviewed for poor behavior when a person is reported for them. This has always been the case and people are still punished for flaming and raging in pre/post-game chat.
