I know riot has their own system for this thing, but i encountered someone who was extremely toxic. Stole top pick, gave away our jungler position, verbally abused the team, and griefed all game. I have screen shots (6) of the after game chat of him insulting me. Someone really needs to do something about it because he never got the ban yet. I can provide evidence and a username when asked. I know people don't like it when i give usernames. I have yet to receive a notice that he has gotten a ban.

However, be aware you do not always get a message when someone you report gets banned. It is only sent to the person who reported him last.

Would i choose "i have a question about..." because there is no option for what i'm looking for. And i believe i was the last to report as i was the last person in the room.

No, for stealing top lane pick, threatening to throw the game, constant harassment, giving jungler position, he tried to steal our junglers red from him, and i have 6 screenshots of after game chat him verbally abusing me. If that's not something someone gets banned for or should be banned, i'm referring to this moment should i ever be banned. I don't know why i should be punished for playing the game and people like him get a laugh and pull this crap. If he can get away with this why shouldn't i troll every game?
