Update: I got banned for "baiting" people

so THERE IS a punishment for baiting people into breaking the rules (even though mine wasnt holding them hostage just saying simple stuff like "hey whats that slur?" )

its a 2 week ban, HOWEVER I dont really care.. I can easily make another account and wasnt that far on this one to care, BUT I would like to know if riot is going to actually unban and restore honor to those people I "baited" lol, because if they dont, then the system is pretty flawed considering it took me self admitting it on the forums for them to ban me for it.
