When you get ban, you wont get unban till the exact moment you were originally ban. Now the message says until Sept. 5th, and Riot Games usually goes by PST, and currently that would mean its about 9pm their time. So i would say it probably wont unban your account any time soon since its still the 4th!

Day may be the same, but it still needs to be the right time of day.

if its 2 weeks that means a full 2 weeks from the time you were banned
Its still September, 4th 2016 2148 PST at Rito headquaters, you still have a few hours to go :c
