REALLY getting sick of the narcissism and arrogance in the League community
I just got out of a horrible game. Lost a 40 minute game because Bot lane broke out into a P*ssing contest with the jungler. Nothing but insults and flames, Nuked the entire team. Naturally we lose. But it was a long time because no one was willing to surrender. It wasnt a defeat, it was a 40 minute waste of time because the Jungler and Bot who were having thier competition of "who can come up with the more offensive insult (which was limited to "I'll poro ur mom") refused to surrender and continued to flame each other.
Match ends, I rejoin que, and the first match loby I get has the same offensive bot laner who claims I fed and they went 14/5. Not mentioning the fact they were too busy making offensive comments at jungle to help the team.
My point is I am getting really sick of this narcissistic, entitled, arrogant attitude these brats are coming on with. They dont care about playing as a team, just how good THEY are. The previous game we had an easy win, but nearly lost because instead of pushing, the team decided they wanted to show off and pad thier kda, farming kills which ended up allowing the other team to catch up.
This is not a team game, its a game of whiney entitled brats to stab each other in the back so they can say "look how much better I am than u" If you are on my team, Leave your DAMN EGO AT THE DOOR. I am on this game to win, Not listen to you pat yourself on the back while you screw your team over. THE GAME IS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU!
I say this because I have been adc, and had supports who would throw a complete temper tantrum when I wouldnt jump into a 3v1 with only 5% health left. Then they would afk (standard practice is to AFK the entire match, then come back for the last 3 minutes and "play" to keep up appearances just before they take the nexus) then come back and tell me how much I sucked Support afks after having a tantrum ADC fails and suffers because no support = 2v1 curbstomp Support "returns" and tells Adc how much they suck because they were unable to solo bot lane and thus suffered heavy deaths.
People come onto this game and they have NO INTEREST in working as a team. Its all about THEM, Their own ego, thier own narcissistic sense of "Im the best, my other 4 teammates are just witnesses to MY greatness". Wanna group up? Nah, that means they have to share kills, they would rather run solo and try and take baron themselves. Need help mid? too bad, they are too busy waiting till you are all dead and then they will come running in to clean up enemies who could be knocked over with a toothpick. These players will INTENTIONALLY sabotage thier teams, waiting till after thier teammate dies to engage, then brag about How much better they are because of the kills they got after downing a garen the whole team died taking down. Like them taking out the last .5% his health means they are so OP. And dont bother trying to bring up any points with these narcissistic brats, they are so drunk on themselves they will use KDA (thiers, or yours) to discredit or invalidate anything you have to say. You could say "the sky is blue" and they will come back with "Says the 0/X" or "Im 10/15/9". As Long as they have more kills than YOU. They will use the better Kda to invalidate, discredit, and ignore any point you try and make. As if "I win because >insert KDA here<"
I tell people to go play smite, the community has alot less toxicity than league, and is certainly alot less Narcissistic, and completely full of themselves. And while I hold out hope that maybe some day riot will stop trying to shelter these entitled brats, If Given the choice, Smite..or any other upcoming moba is "LEAGUES" better than League of legends. Champions are unique, but this community is a JOKE.
To the rest of the narcissist, egotist kids. If all you care about is yourself and "I got the most kills, so I am the best", Go play call of duty with the rest of the spoiled brats, let us have our TEAM GAME back.
