Perma'd because of this one game

This happened back in April 1st. So I was 2-week banned about a month before my permaban. I was trying to reform after my 14-day ban and I was. I had played about 50-60 games in the time period between my permaban and 14-day ban. Out of all those games I had just one game where I was borderline toxic. According to Riot this was egregiously negative. I just made one stupid mistake this game. I quoted the lee sin on the N-word. Instead of saying the "N-word" I said the actual word... I know out of all the games it was just THIS game that I was toxic in. I just feel like it wasn't horrible enough to get me banned right away.

Why do you think this shouldnt have been punishable? Not only were you using racial slurs (why you would even repeat someone else is just baffling) But you were constantly negative. You gave up too quickly/want to end early, and (from the looks of it) threaten to afk on top of the racial slurs. This is all means to get punished and sadly because you were already 14 days ban you have to go up in the punishment which you were warned of beforehand!

I told the team to ff because I had to go. But about 10-15 minutes later I did say I was lying about that. I shouldn't have said anything though, a big mistake on my part. I feel so dumb lol.

You don't have to do something extra-special bad to earn the permaban. If you are at the 14-day, the next punishable behavior can - and often will - trigger permanent account closure.

The thing is, I didn't expect to get permabanned because I had been building up the rep of being positive. And it was a month and a half later too! I just had this one bad game. I feel like Riot just focused on the one bad game I had... sucks.

IIRC, it takes 3 months of good behavior for your punishment level to go down.

its all automatic just so you know, the systems takes into account that youve been told which is why you arent contacted directly

Where as games like WoW and ESO contact you through in0game messaging riot doesnt cause its all computer programmed which is also why they cant modify the ban

I guess that is true, but the thing is I wasn't consistently toxic after my 14-day ban. I can guarantee 90% of my games were actually positive after the 14-day ban except this one game. I am not trying to justify this game because I know I shouldn't have gassed up the flame that was already there, I shoulda just muted the Lee Sin.

none of that matters when you jsut came off a two week ban.. you needed at least 3 months of not being reported to not get perma ban and you couldnt make it...

i have played since the end of season 2 and never had a chat restriction, or a temp ban

Thats really good for you, keep it up. And I just feel so stupid for losing my account over something dumb like this! I know the main reason of my ban was saying the racial slur. Sigh.

Yes but I was already punished for that behaviour. I just had this one game where I messed up and it destroyed my whole life.

But you needed to show the system that you were improving, and sadly this game doesnt show that. Especially when you needed to write racial slurs that especially tells the system you havent learn anything!

I know! I am reformed, but that was such a big mistake from me. I shouldn't have wrote the word out... At the time I wasn't thinking about this and to be honest I didn't even know it was punishable since it was the Lee Sin who called me the N-word lol. Such a big regret for me man...

lol how do I explain this... You are saying that I was permabanned for a history of toxic behavior since I was punished before. I agree I was toxic in the past and I have been punished for it. And ever since my 14-day ban, I am almost 100% sure that I was not toxic in any other games except the one I have shown. I just find it crazy that one game got me perma'd.
