permaban(trying to talk to riot employee)

Hey, I have submitted tickets to the support team on my case but I feel like it takes wayyyyy too long so hopefully now I can just get a quick conversation with a Rioter. So just two weeks after my 2-week suspension which I do admit is well deserved, I was permabanned. I tried to keep my toxicity/rage under control after my ban but there were( I think two games) where some players on my team got under my skin and I made the mistake of saying negative things. There is a chat log of one game in my reform card, all I want is to see proof of my severe violation of the summoners code. I really did mess up but I feel like being somewhat toxic in one game should not result in me being permabanned. Thank you for reading this and hopefully I can get a Rioter to follow up :).

at the 14 day ban it even says "LAST CHANCE next violation will result in permaban" so yea. if you made it this far and still didnt learn there is nothing anyone can do for you.

The way the system works (most notably with a permaban earned through normal means) is that you don't get the next punishment because of worse behavior, you get it for continued behavior. And when you are on the last step, any validly reported toxicity can get you permabanned.
