Does the report system look at post game chat? I know that if you report someone for hate speech in a game and they said something that is 0 tolerance the feedback is almost instant. But it looks like if you report someone for hate speech for post game chat then it takes longer? I dont know how it works.
Post game is checked when you report. Same process.

You don't always get the IFS message. It's very inconsistent, so it's best not to dwell on that too much. It's not really an accurate indicator of the system's performance.
