you have people who log in, and troll trying to get people to say things they won't say normally, or ruin games, but there is no way to request in game moderation

Mainly because there are 50-100 million matches played per day, which means you would need an army of game masters, even if you only want to cover a tiny fraction of all matches.

Like others have said it would just be too demanding. They do not have the time nor money to actually make a dent with how matches are played daily.

This is the reason why we have things like muting. You shouldn't even be retaliating in the first place. Don't acknowledge these types of people because that's the point of them doing that. They want that attention as well as making you get ban (along with themselves in most cases) it's sadly how it is right now but the main point is that you don't retaliate since it doesn't solve anything.

While it would be wonderful to be able to have in-game GMs/moderators, it's virtually impossible. You realize how many games there are going on simultaneously? potentially hundreds if not thousands.

oh, it's a snowball effect though, one that can be requested will deal with tens of thousands

Because little kids freaking out about toxic in the middle of games and calling a GM while sitting there not playing and crying is more toxic than anything toxic people can do for long.

because there are about 2 million people crying about other players every day and riot doesnt have the time to deal with your nonsense.
