Add Report Category for Report Hunters

There is a difference between bad games and intentional feeders

Even if someone is doing really bad, that's not intentionally feeding. Even if you do get a player like that, just report them. Its bad sportsmanship to leave a game, look at the guy with the most deaths and say "report that guy". Campaigning for bans against players who's only fault was having a bad game just points you out as a sore loser. These players are just annoying. Rage and blame and point fingers, but it won't give you the win. You could report every player you're matched with, still won't help you win more.

Maybe add a report category for these situations. Its pretty much an instant verbal fight bait post game and should be discouraged with punishment
