Why straight to ban?

I went from 0 chat bans to a 2 week ban instantly with only one game of chat logs. I am not saying i am innocent by any means but going from 0 punishments on my account to a 2 week ban is ridiculous. Especially over one game where i got pissed off because i was being harassed by my team and the other team. i can understand if i was to get a chat ban but going straight to a 2 week ban for this is excessive.

And for the people who are going to down vote and say i deserve it and blah blah blah like i said I KNOW IM NOT INNOCENT but at the most it should have just been a chat ban.

Remember that they dont show Pre/post game chats, and usually from what ive seen people who are toxic in game are usually the same way (if not harsher) in pre/post game chat because we as a community cannot see it, but Riot (whom ever is looking at the review reports) can see them!

So when 95% of the community can dicipline therselves to not get banned, since its against the rules, you should be pardoned cause you cant? You know its wrong, you do it anyway. You know its illegal, you do it anyway. You know you will be punished for it, you do it anyway.

Stupid of you thinking you can go on cause chat bans are not very though anyway. Riot never guaranteed you had to get all the steps up the ladder.

And with the heavy toxic community this game has, you should concider yourself lucky your not thrown out permanently at once.

Well, if you think it is excessive, I'd be more careful about toxicity for quite a while when you get back.

If this IS the entire chat log from you, it sounds like you were pretty toxic for quite a bit of the match. Also, it's highly unlikely without homophobic or racial remarks that 'just one game' got you this ban. It's much more likely that you're consistently toxic in many matches and are frequently reported. This is likely just the mildest game of toxicity you had to use as an example on the boards. Was this the log they emailed to you when they notified you of your ban?

Huh. Usually that isn't enough to skip right to ban. Something isn't being shown that triggered it. Only thing that skips straight to ban is racial slurs/homophobia/death threats etc.

You could just...not be toxic to people in-game. There's no need to be a keyboard hero and say "seriously none of u have any fucking map awareness". If they're being children, then just mute them and move forward with the game. There are some games you just can't win due to your allies. Even the best pros don't have a 100% win rate in Solo Queue. If you can consistently hit even around 55% (which is just over half), then you're doing good for yourself.

There's a good chance that this ban was so harsh because of your low level.

The punishment system is more heavy-handed on sub-30 summoners because the players often treat new accounts as disposable. Riot wants to cycle out these accounts as fast as possible. Once you have plenty of games under your belt, the system gets more lenient.
