Edit: Okay, too much drama. I was just saying that he needs to be looked in to because his play style was not how any support shouldve been playing. His pick was god awful but it is allowed, the way he actually supported was not okay and he set our bot back very badly.

What's wrong with Kayn support, unless he trolls? Sure, it's not meta, but that's ok. I'm confused.
of course he won't. Going off-meta is not a punishable offense.
As has been stated many times, that Kayn did not troll. All things that can be gathered on the game reveal that not only was he very much doing his job, but he has a penchant for off-meta champions/positions. it's not trolling if you do it with the best of intentions, and given the evidence he very much did.

Picking a non ardent support in this meta is blatant trolling, maybe in silver you can win with this but not in high elo.
You can avoid getting penalized for picking whatever as Support if you build Sightstone and have a low KDA
Who had the Eagle avatar on the old forums? I explicitly remember a screenshot of a support ticket concerning a ban for an off-meta pick. You can and will absolutely be banned for this type of behavior, and frankly with the documentation available it's barely worth disputing.
He also plays the following as support in ranked games.

This guy just doesn't care about the meta at all. He plays to win every game and has fairly good scores every game. You probably would have lost that game no matter who he was playing so quit whining.
