If it was a reportable offense, I would instantly report anyone who did that regardless of team because to me thats more tilting than any harassment ever.

ping spam is reportable and punishable under "harassment", just type it as a note in the reports.

Eh, why are you playing with allchat enabled in the first place? You're getting what you bargained for.
Disable all chat in options or just use /mute enemy at the start to mute all enemies
Did you just die to them and the enemy type "/all ?" or is your ally typing "/all ?" when you die?
Taunting is allowed, if not taken too far.
I'll happily hit the enemy team with a "?" or a "gtfo" or a "You did your best!" when they fail a dive on me. If they're smart, they'll chuckle and get me next time. If not, they'll tilt.
Edit: To be clear, sometimes I just want to exult over making a big play! This is a game! I'm having fun! Yesterday I got 3v1 dived under turret as a level 6 Bard support, and made a crazy play of flashing out of the engage, ulting the attacking enemy champs, autoing one living minion, then stunning the diving enemy champs into each other and getting a sweet double kill before escaping with like 10 health. You bet your ass I'm going to say something in /all chat.
This is the type of behavior that is expected from you by those who ?. Someone tilted won't play at his best, thus making the win easier.
