@Riot: Turnaround Time for Bans

@Rhojin or any other Rioter monitoring this board: is there an expected turnaround time for someone uttering hate speech in team chat (I recently had a teammate that called me a c*nt and told me to kill myself, in addition to harassing pretty much everyone), getting reported, and getting chat banned?

I am assuming that you have software flagging the use of certain phrases and that this might be an automatic chat ban, so could I expect this person's file to be reviewed within the week?
