Why is the playerbase like this....(TLDR at bottom)

EDIT: No, I'm not just making this post to cry over my last few games. I'm making this post to attempt to get feedback and common opinions or even uncommon opinions compared to my own. I** want** League to be a fun game to play and I don't think it should have such an infuriating community. I've never met any toxic person who's actually afraid of being punished because really, too many people get away with it.

I used to play a ton of League because I mean, I didn't really have any idea on what else to play and League was/is a fairly fun game. I barely ever play now. Since I think March 5th I have 20 games, when I used to play at least a few a day. I don't know if it's the game or just the community but I'm heavily leaning towards the latter.

I just played my first game in a few days, picked Lucian ADC and honestly didn't do too well. I was like 4/1/2 in laning phase (later on according to my jungler I apparently fed my lane because I ended like 6/10) Then there was our top laner just being a sarcastic ass all game THEN we have a Trick2G fanboy on the other team playing Volibear and screaming in all chat every time he literally did anything. THEN their mid laner AND top laner killed me bot lane game and both started emote spam laughing on my body. These are honestly just a few of the things that happened that are frustrating..

Why is this game so toxic... Like for the past week or two I've been playing (mostly) GW2 and not only is it a pretty decent game but most of the players are so fucking nice. If you type in map chat and ask a question instead of sarcasm people just either won't answer if they don't know but almost every time you WILL get an answer that's correct/helpful or you'll get "sorry, not sure". When you revive someone at a world boss or just randomly around the world they'll almost always say thank you (even though they don't have to) and even if you're new to a guild and don't participate much when you DO have a question or there's an event you want to know about you'll get answers (no matter how annoying/noobie the questions are) I've been playing that game for the past 2 weeks instead of League and haven't even gotten the slightest bit frustrated. I even played a bit of CoD and nothing made me mad whatsoever. I come back to League for ONE game and I have people being disrespectful and I'm somehow tilted after 30 minutes compared to the others I've spent perfectly happy in other games.

I'm getting very near my tipping point with this game honestly and I'm sure a lot of other people are too. Something needs to honestly be changed about this community, and no I don't mean this bullshit report system that clearly isn't THAT effective if theres still commonly 3+ players in a game that are just assholes. Maybe the game shouldn't be free to play anymore or you should have to pay like $10 each time you make a new account or just something to make it slightly harder for people to just come on and be a douchebag. Make it much easier to get wait times or chat restrictions, just something isn't right about this game seeing as how much toxicity there is..

TL:DR League has to have the most toxic community of any other game Find way to remove such easy access for people to just not care about their attitude and say what they want Quicker action/Less forgiving punishments.

Side note: While it SHOULD be much easier to get a chat restriction/wait time, I don't think perm bans/ 2 week bans should be incredibly easy to get. Those should be somewhat forgiving.
