"Report ___"

I can't help but notice how many fights and arguments I've seen started over this phrase. I just finished another game where someone said this and the player got frustrated and they spent the game fighting. Like there is no reason to say this other than to tilt your own teammate. If what riot says is true about 1 report = 9 reports. Then why don't they make this a punishable toxic phrase if they intend to regulate what people say anyways?

If that phrase is uttered once, it's no big deal.

If that phrase is used to harass team members or the enemy, then it is punishable.

if someone all chats that asking the enemy team to "report bard" or whatever, it's reportable as harassment.

It is a punishable phrase. They label it as "harasssment" and will permanently ban players. However, feeders, smurfs, and trolls are encouraged!

If someone feels a comment breaks the rules it is reportable, while I kind of agree that once is no big deal I also believe that this one kind of comment incites a huge amount of animosity.

It is a fine line and players should weigh in on this, after all Riot policy has a lot to do with what makes their players: upset, tilt, pissed & ect. Personally, I feel comments like this Should hold weight for a punishment if said under certain circumstances and repeatedly.

Honestly, This type of statement is in effect a threat to get others to do what the author of the comment wants, so I would be fine with it being a contributing factor in punishments. If your upset enough to say it then just do it no need to ask for others to hit that report button also.
