It should be like this " It would be awesome if you pick a tank because we really need one " Put it in a gentle way forcing people to pick what they dont want is rude.

I only play Tryndamere and cant stress how many times I hear this a week
...I agree with what you're saying, but good lord, use punctuation. That run on sentence is hard to read.
I mean I've asked nicely many times before and have gotten a "kill yourself" response lol.

I'll be honest. I have a hard time decypher what you mean with your 2nd statement. Saying "omg dont picky squishie top lane" is wrong, but put it gentler is rude...then what is right???
They didnt insult you or threaten you what gives you the right to demand people talk to you a certain way?
I think people like you forget people are going to overreact because people are people.
And maybe those top laners might want to be considerate.

Being gentle is always helpful but sometime , the player is more confident with a ''squishy '' top laner. For exemple i've mained Quinn for a long time but i had more success chance with her than said for exemple Malphite because i'm not playing him on regular basis.. people need to trust other sometime..
My reply here is often along the lines of 'I don't mind picking a tank if you all agree not to complain when i get stomped by that Fiora'.
That is when I say, "If you want a tank then play a tank." Then they get mad.
I've had a second to last pick Tryndamere flame me for not picking a tank, after I first picked Jax.
I hate it when people do that too.. Don't get me wrong in some situations it makes sense like in ranked and you weren't going to get your main pick anyway you could always pick a tank but players need to realize that tanks may not be that persons specialty and if they pick a tank it could basically result in the "inting" and its better players are in their comfort zone in ranked then an indirect auto fill.
Majority of low rank junglers refuse to play teamplay champions (aka tanks) and also refuse to gank top lane, thus they want their top laner to take the "boring class" as tanks are generally somewhat safe solo laners.
This is a perk of picking 
. The people who bitch about picking a tank think he is some kind of tank/bruiser. By the time they realize he isn't a tank, its too late.
