Can you ask Riot support what your current account reputation is ?

Hello,

So I'm generally doing my best to stay cool in spite of all the toxic people I encounter in games, but every now and then, I get angry and flame back a little.

So far I haven't received a punishment, or even any sign that any of the things I've said are punishable. However, I've seen that behind the scenes you actually get an "account reputation", so it's possible that I'm diminishing it without even knowing. Because the thing is, I try to stay civil, I don't use forbidden words, but I've heard that even being midly passive-aggressive can get you punished.

So, I could directly ask support but since they're notoriously vague and unhelpful, I hoped I could get a clear answer here as to whether or not I have the right to at least know my account reputation, how many reports were made against them and how many were judged valid, what are the chatlogs associated to those "valid" reports, etc... ?

And, if it's not possible, is there any way to know if your honor level progression is frozen ? It's already extremely slow so I can't judge whether it's normal or not (I'm currently sitting at honor lvl 2 checkpoint 1 after a bit more than a month of playing a lot), and I really wouldn't want it to be frozen.

Thanks !

I’m not sure if they have access to it - nor would it necessarily be a good idea to release to most players. While it may not be a problem with you - some players would use this sort of information to be “as toxic as possible” while not getting to bad standing.

I believe you can ask them “have any of my games in particular affected my honor progression” and they may be able to respond to that with some specific lines/games, but I’m not sure if they are still able to do this.

The way the honor and punishment systems work is not really in a way that they can give you a hard answer like this - it is very fluid and dynamic based on many recent games and based on severity, consistency, and amount of behavior that is displayed.

You can get the number of reports against you, but they don’t reveal how many were “valid”. A report can be deemed “valid” and count slightly against you for one mildly passive aggressive line - or can be “valid” and count majorly against you for continued flaming/abuse in the game.

Yes, you can ask for a report of your entire account. You will get chat logs frequency of reports etc. Additionally you can get things like how much you've spent on league and when you made certain purchases.

However, these reports may take Riot a while to generate so give it a week or 2.

I have never requested one personally so I don't know exactly what is on it, but I have heard of it.

You need to submit a ticket for it.
