aphelios banned on both sides

so our adc does this (wasnt even first pick btw) -removed by moderation-

"adc picks nunu. ghost. cleanse." (since the mod removed my picture verifying both teams banned aphelios.)

i said

"sorry" "you aint first pick and i dont want to deal with that bullshit champion in my game" enemy banned aphelios anyway nunu locks in his troll pick nunu does not get 1 single cs all game. lets enemy beat down turret. lets enemy kill me with 0 assistance. bought dorans ring 1st item. flashed for no reason.

gonna be a fun ranked game.

Hey,

I removed your link, as we do not allow naming and shaming on the boards. Report them in the post game, noting their behavior in pre game and any pertinent details in the game.

I’ll also take this opportunity to say that “enjoy your ban” was also negative and can contribute to a punishment. You can encourage them to pick a different adc, but that behavior was entirely unnecessary from you.

You don't have an "adc" assigned. The player is assigned "bot" role. He wants to go Nunu bot? He's allowed to. Nobody will ever be punished simply for their choice of champion and/or summoner spells. People will not be punished for trolling behaviors unless they actually troll. There is no enforced champion/role/build/summoner spell combination. Period.

You know what I'd do if I or a friend had first pick and a teammate decided to ban Senna after she came out? I'd go Veigar or Cassiopeia bot lane with heal and exhaust. You know how many of those games I lost? Less than 20%. You know what's even better? I know for a fact that those people got pissed off that they knew I did it only because they were a jerk and banned my champion.

Is that trolling? I mean, if Riot changes the rules, sure it may be. But under the current rules, I'm allowed to pick whatever champion I want for whatever reason I want. As far as the current community consensus goes, nobody actually wants "role locking" like they have in OverMeme.

Anyone know if they're going to keep it in OverMeme 2 given the amount of backlash they got for implementing it in OverMeme 1?

I agree with your AD carry. You indicated your intention to ban his pick. It being banned by the enemy team was irrelevant. He had every right to troll you. I'd have done the same.

Shouldnt have ban your teammates pick. This is a team game and by banning his pick so "that bs wont be in YOUR game" is very childish and will always set your team at a disadvantage from the start.

Then you harassed your already tilted teamate with "enjoy your ban" and then proceeded to name and shame him on forum(not cool).

As you stated the other team ban aphelios so your ban was not only wasted but tilted your teammate in the process. You will prolly never see it this way but you are the reason for the game turning out is bad as it did.

Maybe dont ban your teammates pick? GLHF:)
