Reported Player Cannot Queue With You Again

Just got out of a game in which my adc had a terrible attitude and berated us with expletives right at the end of the match. I died so many times being their meat shield and really did my best but our comp and tactics just weren't well put together. I reported this person after the game and entered queue again.... and there they were on champ select calling me garbage (among other things). I dodged the game after letting the rest of the team know that this person is highly toxic. So now I face a cooldown on queuing again and possible future penalties for simply avoiding players that I have reported. It doesn't make any sense to me.

Your best option to avoid someone you just played with is to wait a few minutes after the game before queuing for the next one.

It's a guarantee you won't se that player again, but it will massively reduce then chances.

Never going to happen, too much chance of screwing up matchmaking.

I lost again my promos to GOLD 5 by getting matched (in the last game of promos) with the same 2 GUYS (not only one) who were performing bad in the previous game (that I lost) and were a bit negative. ONE of these two trolled all game (knowing that I was in my promos) and was happy after the game that I couldn't reach gold ! He played full ap cho'gath vs an Urgot and kept on inting again and again. He went 1/7/1 with a full ap weird chogath build (he didn't even take the rod of ages,he took ludens echo, sorcerer shoes and protobelt....) Thank you RIOT ! Really ! Thank you for matching me with the same 2 players that I reported in the game before to play with me again in my last promo game to Gold ! I can only say that the matchmaking system needs to be updated !

Here's the problem:

It makes too much sense.
