Can I be banned for this?

I understand you can be banned for tampering with your client in certain ways or using programs to give yourself an advantage [scripts] but is it against ToS to edit game files to bind Attack Move Click to my left mouse button? Pressing A+Left Click is awful. I know a lot of people use shift instead of A but I really don't see the difference in convenience.
