Can we just make it a requirement to read the summoners code? I'm losing so many games in champion select that this is ridiculous.

I think the closest thing you can get is the EULA every patch. Think there used to be an IP bonus for 4 games or something if you acknowledged the summoners code, but I could be wrong.

Only issue is I don't think it'd stop people from acting the way they do. I think most people are well aware they're breaking summoners code when they do the things they do, but don't care because to them, "It's Riots fault for pairing me with these noobs, and if they ban me it's even more their fault!"
