Intentional feeders don't get banned

Unless it's so obvious that Riot's automatic system catches it, and you really have to be doing nothing but running it down mid nonstop and spamming 'I'M INTING LOLOLOLOL' in chat. I get it, there's really really bad players out there that have really really bad games, and Riot doesn't want those players banned, but when my 1/19 Vayne is just pushing bot until the enemy team comes to kill him and brags about his feeding in chat doesn't get banned, that's a problem. If 1/19/1 with 3.2 CS doesn't get banned (his only kill came when we were about to lose anyways and he just condemned a low health target onto our nexus), that's bad. I checked his history and looks like he probably did it the next game too.

I'm posting this here because support actually read these, unlike reports, so hopefully it shames Riot enough to the point where they will check and deliver action, because otherwise, if autoban doesn't catch it, it goes on with impunity, and I'm tired of it.

No they don't. Aside from the occasional Tantram visit, virtually none of them come in here to check things.

And even if they did, support isn't responsible for changing policies. They don't have a say in the matter.

Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are a couple examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.

the issue is that due to the players casually using the "intentional feeding" report even if the reported individuum is 12/4 riot has to be careful about how much weight they give these.

If it makes you feel better, chat offenders don't get banned either. They hang out with the new players.
