They are decided by who has the troll or afk. Just played a game where this annie player just decides to not farm, not play with the team and just type nonsence all game long like its some kind of 6 year old kid playing, this is the kind of shit thats killing the game, trolls that are inmune to any consequence.

I went to this trolls match history and its his first time playing rank, he might not care at all but what makes that for us? a toxic game destined to loose because of this troll that just because ill get banned i wont post the IGN of this true asshole.

So, I found the player you're talking about.

  1. It wasn't his first time playing ranked.

  2. Them being bad does not mean they get punished, it means they get placed in a low rank. When they finish their placements they will be placed at an appropriate rank.

  3. They weren't obviously trolling as you make it out to be.

  4. You don't get to be the judge/jury who decides if someone's violating the rules or not - that's Riot's job, and you can ask them to look into a player by submitting a report at the end of game screen.

Is that why good players are in higher ranks and bad players are in lower ranks? Because games arent decided by gameplay?

I feel like there should be a kind of behavioral requirement for people to play ranked (not just going off what you're saying, just what I've seen and heard).
