Honestly, they laugh about it.

And you know what? They are right. As long as they stay all nice in chat, nothing will happen to them. 3/15/2 Ahri with 3 boots? Nope, no problem at all, because she was super positive in chat always saying "we can do this" while walking into another tower to feed the enemy more.

And in post game lobby, she just laughed at us reporting her, because she just knows nothing will happen, because every report other than verbal abuse is just ignored by RIOT.

You have to report her for int feeding. They have a system that catches troll builds and feeding.

Its one the biggest flaws of Riots system. Its only effective, to a rather draconian extent, against chat. Trolling, feeding, AFKing are all much bigger problems, but their automated systems aren't effective against that. Pointing out this flaw will get you downvoted here, which I really don't understand. Do people really think chat ruins the game more than trolling/afking/feeding?

It's such a problem in this game. It's been happening to me recently too.

I've been in too many games where the toxic player will beg everyone in game to file a report. It's simply because (s)he knows this "judicial system" that Riot has designed is flawed and the chances of actually being penalized or banned is far too slim to be concerned about.

If you don't report them then of course they're not gonna get banned. Gameplay trolls do get banned, but because the system has to be sure that they're actually clear cut trolling and not just having a bad game or two they can often just slip through the cracks and take longer to punish than verbal abusers do. Don't believe me? Well Here are two examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it's just two examples, but it proves that they do get punished. If you reported them and they have a history of acting up like that then they will be punished.

even a ban is not a real big deal unless they have bought skins or something. its a free game so they can just make a new account (if they dont already have a few), or just buy one. you can buy a level 30 account with 16 champs for 20 bucks.

the same luck attentions has on following the punisher of the leaver system...whut? leaver buster is not working, punishing something you cant deal with is not dealing with it second time,harder..;) a simple votekick system would be much much better..
