Probably not.
I'm 99.9999% confident that this will not happen. Riot Tantram is a pretty busy fellow, and these boards and support tickets already exist for resolving issues and/or getting Riot attention. I would take your concerns through the appropriate channels, which are either getting community feedback here (which can prompt a Riot response in certain situations) or sending a ticket in to Riot Player Support.
It's possible that the folks here on the forums have the knowledge you are looking for, even if not private. What's the topic of the discussion you're looking for?
